Arts Alive Invintational

I am delighted my first Skagit valley art showing opportunity to be Arts Alive, and event close to the culture and history of fish town and the mystics.

ARTS ALIVE history

Stemmed directly from the disbanded fish town legacy of artists. After living remowtly was removed, these artists stayed in La Conner area or moved to bow. Those who stayed in Laconner along with the slower winter season is what led to the creation of arts alive, a local celebration of arts over 40 years old.

I will have a body of 13 pieces all done en plein air around Skagit Valley and into the cascades and surrounding forests.

This work focuses on the density’s and emotional weight of nature, often felt but seldom shown.
