Painted in the technique of Pleinair, this piece was created completely on location over the course of one or many days.

Painted on litttle mountain durring winter. It was a light snow but easy to find a location in the woods that provided a great view and no snow falling on me or the painting. Of course it being cold inhibits much of the art process unless you wear lots of layers and gloves, which in turn can slow down the painting process as you dont have as dexterous of control over the brush.
