Painted in the technique of Pleinair, this piece was created completely on location over the course of one or many days. Painted behind the Swinomish Casino allong the roadway connecting Skagit Valley to Anacortes. This jut of land overlooks the pudget sound and many of its islands. Becuase of the great influx of the tides we can see the water consuming pathway people take allong this area. Furthermore, we see in the distance one of many ferries or larger ships used to more people and reasorces from the area.
