This stunning piece of art captures the essence of the outdoors through the technique of plein air painting, created on location in the Olympic Peninsula during a two-week painting expedition, where I lived out of my car to truly immerse myself in the natural surroundings.Specifically, this masterpiece was born at Lyre River near the town of Port Angles.

This Piece was done at Lyre River close to Port Angeles in the Olympic Peninsula. Our camping spot happened to be on this wonderful river spot, the painting and experience seemed to float by as if I was exactly where I needed to be.

For this print, I crafted the image using three close-up shots, which were then photo merged and edited in Photoshop to ensure a high level of detail and accurate representation of the original artwork.
